WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Penn College women's volleyball dropped a three-set United East Conference match to league newcomer Penn State Brandywine on Wednesday evening. The Wildcats record fell to 1-3 UE, 3-15 overall while the Nittany Lions improved to 1-3 UE, 4-13 overall.
How it happened: Brandywine earned set victories of 27-25, 25-14 and 25-17 inside Bardo Gym.
Inside the box: Nevaeh Ward nearly posted a double-double with a team-high 13 digs and nine kills while also adding two block assists.
Ava Harple and
Jade Williams pitched in with three kills each, Harple added seven digs and Williams tallied a team-high two aces.
Jo Hess finished the night with 14 assist and two aces.Â
