Penn College Rolls Penn State Altoona in Home-Opener

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Penn College wrestling rolled Penn State Altoona, 54-3 in an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference wrestling match on Saturday inside the PCT Field House. The Wildcats improved to 1-0 in the AMCC and in dual meets, dropping the Nittany Lions to 0-1 AMCC and overall.

How it happened: The Wildcats claimed nine-of-10 victories with six falls and three forfeits in their 2024-25 dual meet debut and gave Dalton Rohrbaugh his first career dual meet victory as a head coach.

Inside the box: Five of the Wildcats' six pins came in the first period of action with Justin Adams (125), Isaac McGregor (141), TJ Martin (149), Isaac Cory (184) and Nicholai Brotzman (285) all making quick work of their opponents. Cavin Napoletano earned a second period fall in 3:35.

Up Next: Penn College hosts the PCT Invite next Saturday, 10 a.m., in Bardo Gymnasium.
