ANNVILLE, Pa. — Penn College's women's cross-country team place second in a four-team field and its men's squad finished fourth among six teams in the Lebanon Valley College Last Chance Invitational on Friday.
Penn College women 6K: Alexis Durn placed fifth among 39 in 26:30, Elaina Brady was 10thin 27:32, Ellie Miller was 11th in 28:16, Natalie Greiner was 16th in 29:40, Gwynn Johnson was 25th in 31:42 and Isabella Telford was 38th in 40:25.
Women's field: Monroe University 41, Penn College 43, Penn State Schuylkill 60, Penn State Altoona 69.
Individually, Faith Sullivan, of Penn State Shenango, placed first in 24:46.
Penn College men 8K: Holden Furey was 15thamong 55 in 28:50, Ben Causak was 17th in 28:59, Mitchell Campbell was 18th in 29:05, Jacob Parker was 25th in 29:55, Ethan Knapp was 26th in 30:11, Chase Ebeling was 28th in 30:26, Oliver Galicki was 30th in 30:30, Aaron Guerrisky was 31st in 31:25, Ben Heym was 32nd in 31:46, Owen Troop was 37th in 32:15, Matthew Wheeland was 40th in 32:27, Nathan Love was 48th in 36:47 and Jackson Small was 49th in 37:05.
Men's field: Lebanon Valley 31, Monroe University 69, DeSales 69, Penn College 91, Penn State DuBois 132, Penn State Scranton 145.
Individually, Monroe University's Nkanyezi Ziqubu was first in 25:31.
