WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College overcame an early penalty kick to knock off Penn State Berks, 2-1, in a United East men's soccer match Tuesday. The Wildcats improved to 2-0-2 UE, 7-4-2 overall, while the Nittany Lions dropped to 2-1, 3-10.
How it happened: Berks converted a penalty kick in the third minute to take an early lead before

Garrett Gill finished
Elliott Rattiram's pass in the 66
th minute for the eventual game-winner and his second goal of the season.
Penn College sent four balls in target after Rattiram's goal, but attempts from
Justin Boring,
Owen Sheils,
Hunter Gabloff, and
Cooper Smith were stopped.
Inside the box: Penn College outshot Berks, 20-8 (10-4 on-goal), while the Lions held a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Justin Crismale picked up his sixth win in goal with three saves.
