WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College handled Rosemont College, 79-18, in a United East women's basketball game Tuesday. The Wildcats won their third-straight game and improved to 11-4 United East, 14-10 overall, while the Ravens fell to 2-13, 2-22.
How it happened: Penn College led 26-7 after the first quarter and 46-10 at the break. The Wildcats outscored Rosemont, 14-2, in the third and 18-6 in the fourth.
Inside the box:
Gigi Parlante finished with a game-high 19 points and grabbed a game-best 11 rebounds to notch her 15th double-double of the season.
Lexi Troup added 13 points, while
Emily Pardee netted eight and pulled down 11, and
Kayla Herzer finished with 10 rebounds for the Wildcats.
