WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Penn College women's basketball seniors
Kayleigh Miller (Sayre, Pa.) and
Emily Pardee (Williamsport, Pa.) were selected to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Division III Women's Basketball Team the organization announced on Tuesday. The Wildcat duo collected their second consecutive basketball all-district accolades.
Student-athletes selected to the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team must be at least a sophomore or above, maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and have competed in 90% of the institution's contests or have started in 66% of the contests during the season.
Miller, a 4.00 business management major appeared in 25 games with 12 starts. The Sayre native scored 71 points, grabbed 45 rebounds and dished out 31 assists in her final season as a Wildcat.
Pardee, a Human Services & Restorative Justice major maintained a 3.84 GPA while starting in all 26 games. The Williamsport native, averaged 9.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and finished second on the team with 12 blocks. Pardee shot 50.2% (102-203) and poured in 233 points, grabbed 129 rebounds, dished out 83 assists and had 32 steals.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes Basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on April 16.
