ELMIRA, N.Y. – Penn College handled Elmira College, 28-1, in a nonconference men's lacrosse game Saturday. The Wildcats improved to 10-4, while the Soaring Eagles fell to 0-4.
How it happened: Penn College led 11-0 after the first and 22-1 at the break. The Wildcats outscored Elmira 6-0 in the second half.
Inside the box:
Elliot Dotson finished eight points, on four goals and four assists, while
Roman DeCenzo netted a game-high six goals.
Jake Small finished with three goals, while Jesse Welch and
Owen Kupsey finished with two goals each. Small added four assists, while
John Dolezal and
Will Ehret finished with three helpers.
Ryan Twist picked up the win in goal with two saves.
