ALTOONA, Pa. -- Penn College dropped a pair of 3-0 decisions to Penn State Altoona and Washington & Jefferson in nonconference women's volleyball action on Saturday. The Wildcats fell to 1-6 on the season while the Lions moved to 1-4 and the Presidents improved to 4-2.
Against Penn State Altoona, THe Lions claimed set scores of 25-11, 25-17, 25-14.
Lilly Stockum (6 kills) and
Haylie Thomsen (5 kills) led the offense while
Nashalie Vializ posted 16 digs and Thomsen pitched in with 10 digs on defense.
Against W&J, Stockum racked up nine kills and
Ellen Banfill dished out 11 assists on Penn College's 18 kills.
