WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Penn College defended its Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Men's Wrestling Championship Saturday inside Bardo Gym. The Wildcats narrowly edged Penn State Behrend 152.0 tournament points to 150.5 to secure its second consecutive conference title.

Penn College crowned three individual conference champions, had six more finalists and two fourth-place finishers in the tournament.

In an all-Penn College 141-pound final, junior Kaden Ware bested freshman Chase Shaner to earn his second-consecutive AMCC title. sophomore 165-pounder Carter Davis earned his second gold medal with a medical forfeit victory in the finals and junior Nick Woodruff cemented the team title with a first period pin over Behrend's Abe Keep.

Sophomore Blake Dergham (133), Shaner (141), junior TJ Martin (149), senior Brett Patton (157), freshman Gavin Gomes (174) and Junior Nicholai Brotzman (285) all secured silver to earn All-conference honors.

Placing fourth were freshman 165-pounder Logan Mickey and sophomore 184-pounder Cole Shupp.
