WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Penn College played Pitt.-Greensburg to a 1-1 tie on Wednesday.
Scott Goldfeder cleaned up a
Warrick Beachy chance in the 86th minute for the equalizer. The Wildcats are 3-3-3 overall. Pitt.-Greensburg is 4-0-3 overall.
How it happened: Pitt.-Greensburg struck first at the 33:53 mark and held a 1-0 advantage to the half as both teams combined for just two shots on-goal in the first 45 minutes.
PCT found its chance and pulled even late in the second half when
Scott Goldfeder knocked in the rebound at 80:54, tying the match at 1-1. The Wildcats kept pressure on after the equalizer, with
Diego Diaz taking a shot and serving two corner kicks while
Freddy Sahaydak and
Christian Bressler each put shots on goal but were saved both times.

Diego Diaz led the Wildcats with five shots, putting one on goal. Beachy increased his team lead to eight points with the assist and added one shot. Penn College outshot the Bobcats, 14-3 (5-1 on-goal) in the match.
Matt Armenio scored Pitt.-Greensburg's goal on his only shot. Cam Loveland recorded the assist on the goal. Nick Braun played all 90 minutes in goal and finished with four saves while allowing one goal. Cooper Robson led Pitt.-Greensburg with two shots.
