SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Penn College overcame a 39-27 halftime deficit to pick up its first win this season with a 66-63 victory over York College (N.Y.) in a non-conference women's basketball game Sunday. The Wildcats improved to 1-3, while the Cardinals fell to 0-3.
