WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Six Penn College men's soccer student-athletes were selected to the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Division III Men's Soccer Team the organization announced on Tuesday. Junior goalkeeper Cole Catherman, junior midfielders Tommy DeGeyter, Jack Lenosky and Matt Neeson and sophomore midfielders Mason Kostick and Nathan Schwartz were all selected to the team. 

Student-athletes selected to the 2023 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Team must be at least a sophomore or above, maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and have competed in 90% of the institution's contests or have started in 66% of the contests.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on December 19.
