LATHAM, NY. -- Penn College's Breana Valentine repeated as the United East Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday. Valentine continued her dominance in Penn College's best start in the program's NCAA-era at 4-0.

Valentine averaged a double-double (16.5 points, 11 rebounds) while providing three assists and three steals per game in two victories against Penn State Mont Alto and Pitt-Bradford. Against the Lions on Tuesday, Valentine scored a game-high 18 points on 8-11 (73%) shooting, grabbed a team-high six rebounds and added three steals in a 66-38 victory. She poured in 15 points and a career-high 16 rebounds to post her second double-double of the season in a 77-34 victory at Pitt-Bradford on Saturday. Valentine also added five assists and three steals in Saturday's win.
