LATHAM, N.Y. -- Eleven Penn College men's lacrosse student-athletes were named to the 2026 United East All-Conference Teams announced on Tuesday. Sixth-year head coach
Jordan Williams was selected as the Conference Coach of the Year while
Elliot Dotson earned Offensive Player of the Year recognition and
Ryder Palubinski was tabbed Conference Rookie of the Year.
Dotson picked up his second Offensive Player of the Year selection in as many seasons as he was joined by Palubinski (LSM),
Owen Kupsey (Attack),
Aidan McFalls (Midfielder),
Will Ehret (Midfielder),
Ben Malarkey (Defense) and
Ryan Twist (Goalkeeper) on the conference's first team.
Tyler Diffenderfer (Midfield),
Jake Small (SSM),
Ian Stambaugh (Defense) and
Antonio Santora (Faceoff) were named to the second team.
Dotson (Wilmington, Del) led the conference with 49 assists while his 94 points were second and 45 goals placed his among the top five in the conference during his sophomore campaign. He netted nine hat-tricks this season and scored a season-high five goals against Transylvania in March while also posting a season-high eight points three times including a four goal, four assist day against Cairn. Dotson's 2.58 assists per game ranked 24th among D-III players this season and his 4.95 points per contest put his 35th in the nation.
Palubinski (Media, Pa.) became the third consecutive Wildcat to earn Rookie of the Year honors joining McFalls (2024) and Dotson (2025) as he was part of a Wildcat defense that held opponents to 10.37 goals and post a +6.21 scoring margin. Palubinski caused five turnovers and scooped up 24 ground balls in 19 appearances and 16 starts this season.
Kupsey (Chadds Ford, Pa.) was named to his second all-conference first team after leading the Wildcats with 65 goals while also adding 10 assists, placing himself fifth in the league's total scoring with 75 points. Kupsey registered at least two goals in 15 of 16 contests and finished off the season with seven straight hat-trick performances. His 3.61 goals per game ranked 20th in the nation and was fourth in the conference with a 4.17 points per game average.
McFalls (Gilbertsville, Pa.) and Ehret (Basking Ridge, N.J.) both earned their third all-conference selections as the junior midfielders finished the season third and fourth on the team's scoring list. McFalls finished with 44 goals and 15 assists for 59 points while Ehret added 24 goals and dished out 22 assists for 46 points. The Wildcat duo along with Dotson and Kupsey led the team post a conference-high 315 goals, 530 total points and a +6.21 scoring margin.Â
Malarkey (Malvern, Pa.) earned his first all-conference selection as the senior anchored a defensive unit that surrendered just 10.37 goals per game. Malarkey ranked seventh in the conference with 15 forced turnovers and  scooped up 29 ground balls as he was joined by Diffenderfer (Boyertown, Pa.), Small (Bloomsbury, N.J.), and Stambaugh (Red Lion, Pa.) to limit opposing team's attacks to just 22.47 shots on goal per game, helping first-team goalkeeper Twist to make 230 saves and a .539 save percentage between the pipes.Â
Santora (Haskell, N.J.) went a team-best 218-of-359 (.607) in faceoffs this season ,placing his second in the league with 218 wins while his .607 win percentage was a top-60 mark among DIII men's lacrosse.
Leading the nation's 13th-best scoring offense (16.58 goals per game) and a defense that limited opponents to 10.37 goals per game while also taking the Wildcat to their third consecutive Championship Final was Coach Williams to be honored with his second Conference Coach of the Year honor.
