WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Penn College handed Keuka College a 6-3 setback in a North Eastern Athletic Conference men's tennis meet Wednesday. The Wildcats, winners of five of their last six contests, improved to 2-1 NEAC, 5-3 overall, while the Wolfpack fell to 0-3, 0-7.
Penn College took an early 2-1 lead after the doubles competition.
Jordan Rodgers and
Christopher Morrin won No. 1 doubles 8-0 before
Benjamin Leibig and
Seth Strickland won No. 2 doubles 8-0.
The Wildcats won the first four singles competitions and led 6-1. Rodgers (6-1, 6-0), Leibig (6-0, 6-1), Morrin (6-2, 6-4) and Strickland (6-2, 6-0) all won their singles competitions.
Penn College returns to action Friday, 1 p.m., hosting Lancaster Bible.
