Season ends in UE semis for Wildcat men

ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. — The winningest season in program history ended for the third-seeded Penn College men's tennis team with a 4-0 United East semifinal loss at second seed St. Mary's (Md.) College on Thursday. Penn College ends its season with an 8-7 overall record. St. Mary's advances to the championship 10-6 overall.

How it happened: St. Mary's captured three singles and two doubles matches for its team points.

On the court: Lumortor Kpangbai played the most competitive match at No. 6 singles, 2-6, 5-3, before it went unfinished.
