Box Score 2 WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Penn College's tennis teams split in nonconference home matches against Juniata College on Thursday, the women winning, 6-3, to go to 2-3 overall and the men falling by the same score and leveling their record at 2-2. Juniata's women are 0-3 and its men are 2-1.
How it happened: The Penn College women captured four singles and two doubles matches, while the Wildcat men took two singles and one doubles match.
Inside the box: Georgia Macensky led the women's team with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No.3 singles. She also teamed with Emma Fox for a win at No. 2 doubles. Other singles winners in competitive matches were Lauren Peck at No. 2 and Kassidi Lenhart at No. 3.
Singles winners for the Penn College men were Kyle Shuler, at No. 2, and Logan Ogden, at No. 5.
Up next: Penn College hosts King's College at 1 p.m. Sunday in a nonconference match at the Central PA Tennis Center.
