LATHAM, N.Y. – Penn College junior Peyton Mussina (Montoursville, Pa.) was named United East Men's Golfer of the Week for the seventh time in his career on Tuesday as the league office announced the weekly award winners. Mussina finished 2nd out of 63 players at the Gettysburg Spring Shootout over the weekend.

Mussina, who earned his second consecutive golfer of the week recognition shot a 3-under 141 on the par 72, 6,794-yard Founders Course. He led the field on Saturday with a 3-under 69 before carding an even-par 72 on Sunday for the runner-up finish. He carded 11 birdies on the course and led the Wildcats to a seventh place team finish.
