Elliot Dotson (Wilmington, Del.) earned his third career United East Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday. Dotson previously won the weekly honor on Feb. 24 and March 10, while it is the seventh time a Wildcat was named Offensive Player of the Week.
Dotson led the Wildcats with nine points in a 20-4 conference victory against Rosemont on Saturday. Dotson scored a season-high five goals and added four assists. The Wildcats' leading point-scorer earned a first-half hat-trick with his third goal coming at the 13:54 mark in the second quarter. Dotson registered his fourth hat-trick of the season and ranks fifth in the conference with 24 goals and 2.00 goals per game while his 2.83 assists per game is the best in the conference.Â
