Henry & Reeder Earn CSC Academic All-District® Honors

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Penn College juniors, Jay Henry (Warminster, Pa.) and Landon Reeder (Montoursville, Pa.) earned their selections to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team, announced by the organization on Tuesday. Henry and Reeder are just the second and third Wildcats to represent the men's basketball program with the award, joining Alec Cooper who also earned an All-District nod after the 2023-24 season.

Student-athletes selected to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team must be at least a sophomore or above, maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and have competed in 90% of the institution's contests or have started in 66% of the contests during the season.

Henry led the Wildcats squad this season with 29 minutes per game where he appeared in 20 games and had 19 starts. The junior business administration major maintained a 3.80 in the classroom, scored a team-best 277 points (11.4 ppg), grabbed 71 rebounds (3.6 rpg) and also led the team with 79 assists and 29 steals in his first season as a Wildcat. 

Reeder holds a 3.92 GPA in business administration while he appeared in 22 games with 14 starts. The junior forward posted 205 points (9.3 ppg) and grabbed a team-high 126 rebounds (5.7 rpg) for the Wildcats this season. Reeder also dished out 17 assists, had six steals and racked up 15 blocks on the season.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on April 14.
