The matchup: No. 4 Penn College (9-3 NEAC) vs. No. 1 Penn State Berks (12-0). The Lions are the defending NEAC champions and had five All-NEAC First Team selections this season, and seven overall. The Wildcats, who bowed in the NEAC quarterfinals last season, are making their first NEAC semifinal appearance in program history. Penn College had two players (
Jordan Courter and
Lauren Herr) named to the All-NEAC First Team, and two (
Hailee Hartman and
Jane Herman) earn second team honors.

Hailee Hartman had a one-on-one opportunity with the goalie, but Kaylee Frapaul sprinted off her line towards Hartman and made a sliding stop to preserve the shutout.
Berks outshot Penn College 19-7 and held a 6-3 edge in corner kicks.
Colleen Bowes stopped seven shots in goal for Penn College, while Frapul had five saves.
